Our beloved son, father, grandfather, and brother Wayne Anthony Thomas Sr. born March 5, 1965, in Staten Island, New York to his mother June Thomas Taylor, sadly passed away on September 12, 2022, due to heart failure.
He grew up in the Stapleton area attending P.S. 14 and New Dorp High School. He was very active in the community working numerous jobs where he lived. He loved cars and was a good mechanic. He worked as a security guard on new homes being built in the community. He loved music, dancing, was a fabulous cook and loved playing cards.
He was succeeded in death by his children, Arlene Dorothy Renee Thomas, Wayne Anthony Thomas Jr. and Jalen Victor Wayne Thomas. His wife Diana Perry Thomas, his companion Angela Green and his grandchildren, Wynter Nicole Thomas and Jaciere Jalen Robert Thomas. His sister Sylvia Thomas and brother Robert Taylor. Jr. His stepchildren Tanisha, Kevin, Michael and Steven Perry.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert Christopher Taylor Sr., his sister Felicia Ann Thomas, brothers Ronald Lee Thomas and Victor Thomas.
He was loved by his many nephews and nieces, cousins, Aunts and Uncles. He had many friends who knew him well.
He will be greatly missed.
