Leonard Washington Bell, Born July 8, 1936 in Kingston 8; Jamaica. He was the 2nd Son of 6 Children, household of Parents Harry Bell and Rubina Bell. His siblings are: Neville Bell, Juanita Bell, Jeanet Bell, Ludlow bell who have transitioned. He is survive by two other siblings, Gloria Clarke and Bernard Bell.
Leonard was a witty young man with love for sports like cricket & a passion for music. He followed in the footsteps of his father Harry Bell as a skilled builder and masoner. He was a Electrician and an Architect. In the 1960's Leonard began building his family, he had 6 children in Jamaica Julian Bell, Faith Thompson, Franklin Bell, Joy Bell, Ray Bell, Leonard Bell Jr.. In the 60s he migrated to New York City, Brooklyn; where he called his new home. During the course of his new residency he continued extending his family adding Glen Williams ,Joe Williams ,Gigi Williams, Rubina Bell and Hopeton Bell. Leonard married Beryl Bell and started a taxicab business where he would rub shoulders with various people from the Big Apple.
Leonard Bell was an extraordinary intelligent soul. Built with rareness of entrigue and vigor. He was an enlightened and informed individual and an eloquent communicator. Leonard was a secret singer who enjoyed music like his father.
Leonard is survived by his wife Beryl Bell, 10 children, 21 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren.
Well done, you are a father, and a brother.
