James “Chubby” Edward Williams passed away On March 19, 2024, at age 57 in Staten Island, NY from complications with diabetes.

James Edward Williams was born on July 24, 1966, in Staten Island NY, to parents Martha Louise Williams and Bennie Lee Williams.

 James graduated from Susan E. Wagner High School in Staten Island, NY Class of 1987.

James E. Williams worked with Stella Orton Home Care as a Certified Home Health Aide for 19 years.

James E. Williams was a loving son, brother, uncle, and father figure to his loved ones. He was known as “Chubby” to everyone. He was very loving and a genuine soul to everyone around him. His smile and laughter was very unique and lifted everyone’s spirits. He was very family oriented and enjoyed spending time with his family. Family was very important to him.

James also enjoyed playing basketball, listening to music, dancing, watching TV and going shopping.

James, also known as “Chubby” will dearly be missed by family and friends.

James E. Williams is survived by his mother Marhta Louise Williams and Stepfather Claude Thompson, brothers Tony Williams, Gary C. Williams, and James A. Moore JR., sisters Lorraine Williams, Nina Willaims, Dorothy Moore, and Priscilla Barnes. And a host of nephews, niece’s cousins, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father Bennie Lee Williams, brothers Arnold Williams, Darrel Deal and Anthony Willams, Grandmother Nina Cox.
