On Tuesday April 20, 2021, our God in His infinite wisdom, called His son home to rest in His Eternal Peace.  

Cyril was preceded in death by his brother Edmund, his sister Doris and his longtime lover and friend Mary Whaley. He leaves to cherish his memory 5 children: Cyril Dore, Jr., (Hildred), Clarissa Dore, Virginia Dore, Andrew Dore, and Lorraine Dore; 12 grand children: Jenson Dore, Justin Dore (Sara), Geneen Dore, Kyle Cox, Mychal Cox, Jade Cox, Maya Cox, Monique Vance, Rhoneka John, Shaquille John, Shaquilla John and Julian Welsh, 16 great grand children, 2 brothers: Joseph and Vincent in the UK, two uncles: William Christopher in St. Thomas, and Daniel George in St Croix. He also leaves to cherish his memory; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins including: the Wrensford family from Middle Island, the Dore families in St. Thomas, Nevis, Cayon, Lamberts and Halfway Tree.  The Christopher and Zaker families in Sandy Point, the Tobias families in St. Kitts and St Thomas, Deverson Roberts and family in St. Kitts, the Daniel family in Sandy Point, and many friends who will miss him dearly.
