Frances E. Williams

Frances E. Williams aged 67, died on Thursday August 2nd, 2018 at Richmond University Medical Center. Frances war born on June 18th, 1951 in Staten Island, NY to parents Josephine and Earl Williams. She accepted a position at Richmond Terrace Housing where she worked for more than 30 years at Stella Orton Agency as a Home Health Aid.

Frances was a great family woman and a loving sister. Her family and friends will remember her as a loving and caring person. Preceded in death is her baby sister Sharon Williams. Frances is survived by her sister Jessica Allen of Staten Island, NY, Brother Ronald Williams of Little Rock, Arkansas and a host of nieces, nephews and family and friends.
