Jay Charles Williams "Chilly Love" was born on January 5, 1968 to Charles and the late Thomasina Williams in Staten Island, NY. He was one of four siblings Donna, Gloria (deceased), and Ray. Jay attended Intermediate School 72 and graduated Susan Wagner High School in Staten Island 1986. At Wagner, Jay excelled in football. He won numerous awards including the Iron Horse Outstanding Athlete and the Fugazy Memorial Award to name a few. Jay was captain of the Varsity Football team and an All State football running back. After 30 years Jay still holds the 8 game single season rushing record for Susan Wagner High School. Jay attended California Southern University and Temple University majoring in Criminal Justice and Business. After university he began his career as a correctional officer in the state of Maryland. Pursuing his entrepreneurial vision he opened a seafood restaurant and started the successful A-Supreme Shuttle Transportation service. Jay returned to Staten Island in 2016 to care for his parents. Jay loved music and his favorite artist was the late, great, Phyllis Hyman. Jay was a devoted father, son, brother and friend of many. 

He is survived by his father, Charles Williams, daughter Tenaja Kizzie, son Malik Williams, siblings Donna Stewart and Ray Williams, brother in law Clyde Stewart, son in law, Antonio Kizzie, niece Leslie Stewart,  nephew, Adrian Stewart, best friend for life, Sean O'Bryant, and a host of other relatives and friends.
