The Obituary

 Dawn” Miss Dawn” Robinson. was born to the late Delores 

Robinson and Robert Robinson on September 3rd 1970

Dawn attended Public School 210 and  boys and Girl. High School,

befor attending The College of New Rochelle. In 1989, Dawn started

working as an assistant Teacher at David Grayson Christian Academy

few years later, Dawn became a Head Teacher at the Rainbow Campus

School reaching Pre -Kindergarten to Third Grade.

Dawn continued to teach for over twenty years at the Rainbow Campus School.

In 1991, Dawn Robinson gave birth to her Pride. Joy and only

child, daughter Unique Robinson.

In April of 1995, Dawn married her childhood sweetheart. Dwayne Washington.

Family and friends and party planning were Dawn’s passion and delight. If Dawn was not designing a fashion forward outfit for her daughter, Unique, she was planning and extravagant party for all to remember, . She loved to entertain and frequently hosted events for friends and family.

In 2012 Dawn’s daughter and son in law , David, blessed her with a healthy grandson named David Edwards, Jr. He affectionally called her Guhma. The times they shared together, unforgettable memories were created. He was her everything.

Miss Dawn used her natural talent of comedy to heal and comfort everyone around her. Dawn lived her life a s giver while never expecting anything in return. Dawn believed her life was fulfilled and was so gracious to create everlasting memories with the people around her.

Cherishing MS. Dawn’s memory is her only daughter Unique Robinson- Edwards, her son in law, David Edwards, Sr.,  grandson Daivd Edwards ,Jr. her brother Robert Robinson, and two sisters, Lavonne Dogan and Monique James , She also leaves behind a host of loving relatives, friends and former students.
